Warranty & Service

Genuine Installation
Free warranty and service are available only when installed with PANAPIXEL film at an official installation center.
(02)
Warranty Certificate
You can receive inspection and service at any authorized dealer by presenting your warranty certificate.
(03)
Service Warranty
If any adhesion issues or film-quality defects occur after installation, a 10-year free service warranty applies.
(04)
Reinstallation (Insurance Covered)
Reinstallation due to an accident is available through insurance coverage (property damage) in coordination with your insurer.
(05)
Not covered for customer-caused damage
Damage caused by customer negligence or vehicle-related issues is not covered under the warranty.

(01)
Defects Covered During the Warranty Period
- Cracks or splitting
- Film separation – when the coating separates or the film lifts from the surface
- Discoloration – stains, color changes, or excessive fading in specific areas
- Adhesive failure – when weakened adhesive causes the film to detach from the glass
- Foreign particles – covered when particles larger than 0.3 mm appear three or more times within a 2.5 cm × 2.5 cm area

If determined to be an installation defect
- After inspection, if determined to be an installation defect, free A/S reinstallation can be performed through the installing dealer.
- ※ The temporary moisture spots or moisture during the initial drying process are natural processes that allow moisture between the film and glass to evaporate, and require approximately one month of drying time.

Out-of-warranty Service Processing Criteria
for Cases Not Caused by a Product Defect
- Damage caused by customer negligence
- (such as scratches from seatbelt buckles, navigation mount suction cups, cleaning tools,
- or damage caused by attaching/removing interior accessories)
- Film peeling caused by double-sided tape, adhesives, or suction cups
- Coating damage caused by improper glass cleaners or external chemical factors
- Damage caused during winter when condensation forms due to temperature differences,
- leading to freezing between the window molding and tinted glass and film tearing when the window is
